Formation of a product catalog

The next step is to create a catalog, with which you will demonstrate your services/products directly in WhatsApp. You can send clients either the entire list or selected products. This can be done conveniently by going to "Business Tools" and then to "Catalog".
When adding products to the WhatsApp catalog, specify their names, cost, brief description, photo, code, and link to a specific product on the website. The added products will not be displayed immediately - users will be able to see them in your profile only after WhatsApp has reviewed and approved them.
The catalog has a function for facebook database combining products/services into collections to make it easier for users to find a specific product. To create it, in the corresponding section of the catalog, you need to click "Create a new collection", then specify the name, select the desired products and click "Done". All collections that you have created can be viewed by clicking on the three dots in the catalog manager.
Setting up the basket
This option allows you to quickly and easily place orders. The catalog will display a shopping cart icon, and the product pages will have an "Add to cart" button. After selecting the necessary product units, the customer will be able to send you the cart to confirm the order and its total cost with all fees, taxes and possible discounts.
Setting up the WAB basket
Adding products to the cart and placing an order becomes possible when the client goes to the company profile. This tool is quite convenient, as it helps to place requests for several products at the same time, and clients get the opportunity to ask questions about the products.
You can set up the basket by clicking on the three dots, then on "Business Tools" and on "Catalog". After that, you need to click on the three dots again, then go to "Settings" and set the slider to the active position.
Setting up a welcome message
Among the possible functions that you can use to work in WhatsApp, there is an option to send a greeting message. This message will be received by those who contacted you for the first time, or by those with whom you have not communicated for more than 14 days. Its creation and selection of recipients occurs in the "Business tools" section.
The message template is displayed automatically, but you can always change it according to your own preferences. To activate the tool, move the slider and click the "Save" button.
