Review of the training period of the first three months after joining the company
Hello. I'm Tsubokura from the 1st Group of the Development Department.
I joined the company at the end of last year as a mid-career hire and am in charge of developing Android apps.
In this article, I'd like to look back on the three months of training I undertook after joining the company.

New employee training
About a week after joining the company, I participated in the initial training held via Google Meet, where I learned about the iRidge Group's organization, personnel system, mission, and values. Since materials were shared in real time via screen sharing, it was very easy to understand even while working remotely.
By learning this, I was able to always be aware of the role expected of me and carry out my work. I also learned about the types and flows of expense reimbursements and how to apply for procedures necessary for my work.

Web-learning
There is a set e-learning curriculum for each joining phase and level, and I learned the basic business skills necessary for young employees, such as time management and logical thinking. I
am able to use what I learned in this curriculum in my current gibraltar email address work. In particular, I try to communicate to prevent rework and make sure there are no gaps in thinking.
To give a specific example, when I participate in a project, I make sure to check in advance the matters necessary for the work, such as delivery dates, specifications, and methods for managing tasks and source code, to prevent unnecessary communication and rework.

Follow-up system
I had one-on-one meetings with elder engineers every day. I also participated in regular Android team meetings every week. Even though
I was working remotely, I was able to receive support in an environment where I could ask questions at any time.

To catch up on our in-house product, the FANSHIP SDK, we created a sample app and followed the guide to incorporate the SDK. By testing the SDK's functions of push notifications and in-app messages, we learned how the SDK actually works. In addition, by learning how to customize the FANSHIP SDK, we were able to learn how to use the SDK in specific ways, such as customizing each screen and callbacks for various processes. In addition
, with this app, we achieved automatic builds using GitLab CI, which is actually used in our in-house projects. This allowed us to learn how to operate an actual project.
