mBank awarded for the fourth time, i.e. Golden Banker 2013

Post by shukla7789 »

The fifth edition of the "Golden Banker" plebiscite has just taken place. Let us recall that Internet users vote for the best bank in seven categories. For the fourth time, mBank won statuettes for the best personal account, business account and social media activities. In addition, it won the main prize in the competition, the title of "Golden Bank".

Four awards in five editions
The competition is organized by the company that handles payments, PayU, and the financial service Bankier.pl. Interestingly, the plebiscite itself has just had its fifth edition, and mBank won the award for the fourth time for the best personal and business accounts. This year, over 40,000 Internet users voted and a new category appeared, namely "Best bank in social media". As you can see, the activities in this field have also been appreciated by customers.

Let me remind you that I have already described the personal estonia whatsapp database along with instructions on how to set up an e-account in mBank via the Internet on this page.

Changes in mBank helped

Last year we witnessed significant changes in mBank. First, the transaction service was changed, and then the logo. At the end of the year, the image of the entire capital group was unified. Let us recall that the MultiBank and BRE Bank brands were replaced by the common and most recognizable brand image "mBank". In addition, the bank quickly began to respond to market needs, introducing the possibility of using the service through a mobile transaction system and mobile applications for smartphones.
It is worth adding that mBank also considered the recommendations of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and was one of the few institutions to allow customers to disable contactless transactions on cards. Both completely and only in the "offline" mode.

What's next?
Let's hope that mBank will not rest on its laurels and will not be tempted to introduce hidden fees. The competition is quite large and is waiting for every stumble in this field or a piece of a free niche. This was shown by the strong entry into the market of, for example, Alior Sync and this year announced by Plus Bank.
