Today I will touch upon a rather interesting economic topic. Namely, is it more profitable to buy a gas or induction hob for the kitchen? I will compare both types of heating devices present in kitchens. In terms of purchase, installation and use costs. This will be true information and my opinion, not texts written or commissioned to be written by device manufacturers; which are unfortunately most of the texts on the web today. Because their writing is commissioned by sellers and distributors of the devices themselves.
Is a gas or induction hob cheaper?
My profitability assessment will consist of a component of dominican republic whatsapp database costs. Namely, I will take into account the costs of purchase, operation and failure of both types of boards mentioned above. In particular, the topic of failure and purchase costs is often omitted on financial blogs.

The purchase cost is much higher in the case of an induction hob, the prices of which for decent quality devices start at around PLN 1,200, while a decent gas hob can be bought for PLN 300-500. In addition, there is the cost of connecting the gas or even running a power cable, because on a standard 230V installation, the induction hob will simply not be efficient enough.
How much does it cost to operate?
The operating costs of both types of devices depend on the purchase price, gas and electricity prices, service costs and failure rates of the hobs. If we make an objective comparison, it is easy to calculate that using a gas hob is much cheaper than an induction hob. Not only due to the lower prices of energy obtained from gas, but also due to the greater durability of the gas hob, which has a simpler construction.
Failure rate of plates
Failure of an induction hob after the warranty period unfortunately often requires the purchase of a new device. On the other hand, a gas hob can often be repaired by simply changing the gas nozzles in the burner. Which is much simpler and cheaper. In this case, the gas hob benefits from a simpler design, allowing the user to extend the durability of the heating device.
Convenience of use
Considering the ergonomics and convenience of using a hotplate, it would seem that the three-phase induction hob definitely prevails. Meanwhile, there are still models in which the time to heat food is definitely slower than even the cheapest gas hob. I myself had the opportunity to use such a device and the time to heat or even boil water was terribly long.

As you can see from the above list, the purchase and operating costs definitely fall in favor of the gas hob , which is cheaper to buy and operate than the electric induction hob. I recommend the latter to people who do not have the possibility of connecting to natural gas or using a propane butane cylinder. Due to the regulations in a given building, or they cannot use gas for other reasons.
