THEDoka Comunicação , founded nine years ago, is located on a residential street in Tatuapé, in the East Zone of São Paulo. The staff consists of five people. The professionals, led by Wanderley Cravo, 57 years old, who has a degree in advertising, publicity and marketing, boast an enviable portfolio.

The company operates in the segment of interactive digital publications, advertisements, catalogs, magazines and web development, for individuals and legal entities.

Among other work for leading companies, he made the accurate mobile phone number list institutional video for Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras. Azul is owned by businessman David Neeleman, who also owns TAP (Transportes Aéreos Portugueses) and 32% of the French airline Aigie Azur.

Wanderley was born in Vila Carrão, also in the East Zone. His father, who has since passed away, was a metalworker. His mother, who is still alive, was always a homemaker. He started working at a young age. First, in a vase factory. Then, in street markets, making carts.

“Everything I received went to my father to support the house ,” he says.

His first registered job was at the age of 15, as an office boy. He stayed there for six years. He left because the owner warned him that the financial situation had become unsustainable. He went to work in a pharmacy chain, where he stayed for 29 years.

It was in this pharmacy chain that Wanderley discovered the importance of marketing for a company. And he had also discovered that he wanted to be a digital entrepreneur.

That was when he met an old friend, Adriano Batista Rodrigues, a professor of advertising at Faculdade Cásper Líbero, who was trying to transform Doka Comunicação into a financially stable company.

“Adriano invited me to be his partner. At the time, Doka had only two employees. He told me about his plans and I decided to help him with the project,” he recalls.
