During the portability process, you will be able to continue using your WhatsApp Business account.

When we migrate your service, you will need to have access to a one-time password (OTP) on that number. (If your number is being ported to CM.com, our team can handle this for example for geographic or VoIP numbers.)

Downtime
If you have easy access to the OTP and the colombia telegram number database migration goes smoothly, there should be no downtime.

Until the migration is completed by registering the number in the CM.com environment (target WhatsApp Business account), the source/existing WhatsApp Business account will be able to continue sending and receiving messages without service interruption.

Once the migration is complete, you can immediately start sending messages with the destination account (provided that the relevant service is active).

With CM.com you will need the same Meta Business Manager ID that you used with your previous provider.

When we are ready to migrate your WhatsApp service, you will need to ask your previous provider to disable two-factor authentication on the number in question.

Company verification will be required on both accounts.
