LITEBIM Archive is specialized software for structuring terabytes of electronic archives of various scanned technical documentation on capital construction projects into a single archive. It organizes incoming unstructured design, working and executive documentation (scanned copies, new versions, etc.). It verifies the versions of technical documentation received from construction sites with the composition of sets, change numbers, and registers of executive documentation. It helps to fully prepare documentation for commissioning a project, organize its storage, prompt access, and search for it.
LITEBIM Construction Manager is a single space for digitalization of the construction process, control of estimated and contractual costs with construction contractors, and automatic generation and exclusion of cancellations under KS-2, KS3, KS-6a acts. This is a solution for monitoring the work of contractors on the construction site. The product automatically checks estimates for compliance with corporate rates, approves the work production plan and construction organization plan, records the volume of work performed via Telegram, coordinates the work with construction control, and issues orders for elimination.
