To calculate it, you need to take into account the time of each client, a figure that you can easily obtain through a customer management platform or by applying the following formula :
Average customer cycle time = Sum of time spent by each customer / Number of customers
For example, if you have 4 clients, with the following times: 3 months, 1 month, 5 months, 2 months.
Average customer cycle length = 11 months / 4 customers = 2.75 months.
So the average conversion time for my clients is 2.75 months.
2. Closing or conversion rate
This metric refers to the number of sales closed during a given period, based on the total number of potential clients or leads .
